What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership with an expert called coach who, in agreement with you and your wishes, supports you in identifying and fulfilling them with clarity.

Why me?
I am a certified coach with hundreds of hours practice and 23 years of working closely with clients, their needs and their behavior, individuals and companies.
I chose coaching out of the desire to offer non-directive support, with respect and recognition of the intrinsic value of each of us, to create a space both for silence and for expression and manifesting. I like the idea of having a clear structure, a direction and I am here in assisting you with determination. With gentle reflections at inspired moments I tend to facilitate obtaining the most effective and powerful A-Has for you and your process of fulfilling your own goals and transformation.
